FLAGSHIP LEARNING PROGRAM: Innovating as a Force for Good in a Transforming World
A hands-on experience in a virtual setting, where you work in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams on skills and strategies that permit innovation in a transforming world. The training engages leaders from IOs and INGOs from all over the globe in innovation and provides processes and tools to assess the value-adding potential and the challenges of innovation-driven agencies and organizations.
Certificate program: Innovation & AI as a Force for Good
Work in hands-on project teams of leaders from your organization on skills and strategies to learn to deal innovation and AI in an efficient and effective matter in pur transforming world. The training engages senior leaders in innovation and provides processes and tools to assess the value-adding potential and the challenges of innovation-driven agencies and organizations.
Workshop: AI for everyday work
This hands-on half-day workshop presents digital tools “for every-day-work” and will introduce staff members to the use of text-based and image-based AI models. The aim is to become familiar with AI tools, and to understand their capabilities and limits for a responsible use that will enhance the effectiveness of staff on concrete work activities. The workshop targets all staff, regardless of their level of experience with AI on the work floor.
Workshop: Leading Digital Transformation
The 4th Industrial Revolution is here and yet our people and our organizations are still grappling with the change. The way that services are delivered, that humans interact, and that connections are created are now fully entrenched in technology. New approaches for how to prioritize activities and streams of work and new skills for how to implement these, will be required on three levels to manage this change effectively. This two half-day workshop targets leaders and non-technical experts within your organization.
Workshop: Human Centered Design for Humanitarian work
To enable a more creative and effective environment within the United Nations, the Geneva Innovation Movement offers relevant human-centered design workshops for both Directors across organizations and for individual teams. Workshops are thoughtfully crafted keeping the unique needs of the audience in mind, and participants walk through the steps of human-centered design in a rewarding and encouraging setting.
Workshop: Neuroscience of Sustainable Decision-Making
Understanding the complexity of decision-making under uncertainty is helpful for all leaders who may have struggled with choosing to follow their intuition vs being rational, and who wonder when and why people tend to choose a sustainable vs unsustainable option.
