To enable a more creative and effective environment within the the humanitarian field, the Geneva Innovation Movement offers relevant Human-Centered Design workshops for both Directors across organizations and for individual teams. Workshops are thoughtfully crafted keeping the unique needs of the audience in mind, and participants walk through the steps of human-centered design in a rewarding and encouraging setting.

Design

The workshop typically consists of two half-day sessions and has a modular design: the first workshop focuses on “Learning the Approach”. The second session lets participants engage in more detailed Human Centered Design exercises, focusing on “Applying the Approach” .
