The Showcase 2030 brings together leading actors of the sustainable innovation ecosystem in Switzerland. With so many technologies and breakthrough solutions being developed, scaling remains a major challenge to overcome. How can we implement solutions at scale to reach a net positive planet? As a multi-stakeholder action-driven platform, Showcase 2030 aims to harness the power of science and technology for the advancement of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
As part of the Showcase 2030, the Geneva Innovation Movement provides a highly interactive masterclass that will teach you best practices and academic findings about innovation in International Organizations. What is the impact of innovative initiatives? How was we foster innovation? What can we learn from the ecosystem?
This workshop is designed for UN Senior Leaders, NGOs representants and curious minds.
Engage with the Ecosystem and learn about best practices from multiple years of research on innovative initiatives, scaling frontier technology and the real value of innovation units in bureaucratic organizations.
The Masterclass is facilitated by Dr. Katherine Tatarinov, Managing Director of the Geneva Innovation Movement Association, a cross-sector network that pools the expertise of its members to co-create knowledge and support organizations in their innovation journey. She is also Postdoctoral Scholar and Research Director of the Center for Innovation & Partnerships at the Geneva School for Economics and Management at the University of Geneva. Her research focuses on social innovation, digital transformation and managing the grand challenges. Katherine lectures at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL).
The Showcase 2030 is organized by E4S Tech4Impact and will take place at the SwissTech Convention Center, Quartier Nord EPFL in Ecublens, Switzerland.
